Yes: Your prolactin is slightly elevated, this can be normal especially if there was breast manipulation prior to the blood test. Elevated prolactin can effect your menstrual cycle. I would repeat the prolactin level, in am, and no breast exam or manipulation prior to the test. Also do a pregnancy test to make sure you are not pregnant.
