Not sure: I am sorry but not sure what waterline is. If this is on your eyelid could be a small style or chalazion. With problems like this is always best to see and feel lesion to help make a diagnosis. Best to see your doctor for evaluation. Sorry I cannot be more helpful. Best of luck
