Unlikely kidney pain: I highly doubt that your pain is coming from your kidneys. It is more likely that you are having musculoskeletal pain in the lower back or lower abdomen. I would suggest that you start by seeing your PCP (primary care physician) who can check your urine for any evidence of microscopic blood or protein.
