Running and Kidneys: Hi it is well known that running can cause jostling or other trauma to your internal organs. This is experienced as some bleeding seen in the urine and pain deep in the mid back. I would first want to know where you pain is. And, what other symptoms you are experiencing. Have you had this problem previously. Do you have any kidney disease? Smoking? Family history of kidney disease?
