Possibly: Check your peak flow meter each day (aren't you doing that already?), and check it when you have symptoms of dizziness and lightheadedness. Also, are you skipping meals? This could explain your symptoms also. Hope that helps.

Unusual due to asthm: It is very unusual to feel lightheaded and dizzy due to Asthma itself. It may be a side effect of meds you are using or some other cause.We not have enough information as to your age,what meds you are taking and if there is any other co existing condition,what kind of diet if any and if you had any tests like Blood test etc I will advice you consult your Doctor and get checked including tests etc
