Varies: Having a mild scoliosis in and of itself does not put you at any higher risk to injure your back than the general population. In general, being fit and having a strong core is good for your back; as long as you don't injure your back, which is possible as well during exercise which is real vigorous like crossfit.

Listen to your body: When you say "mild" scoliosis I will assume it did not require surgery. Secondly given your age it is not likely your existing curve will progress. Accordingly, you would benefit from physical activity that focuses on your cardiovascular fitness, core abdominal and back strengthening. Listen to your body and include proper rest to maintain the active lifestyle you desire while minimizing injury
