A member asked:

I have a numbess feeling in my back sometimes and none of my doctors can figure out what it is can you help me?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Neuropathy: Most of the times a vague sensation is not worrisome. Proper diagnosis of the discomfort you describe can sometimes be challenging. A good place to start is a thorough history and maybe blood testing to make sure your vitamin/hormone levels are in the proper range. In a person of your age a primary neuropathic process or problem with your nervous system is less likely.
