Pleurisy: Probable residual of the pneumonia. After having pneumonia and waiting for a few weeks should always have a follow- up chest x-ray to make sure there is full resolution of the shadows on the x- ray and to make sure there are no obstructing tumor masses. Also to look for an effusion of fluid into the chest cavity, which could cause your symptoms.
