I was diagnosed with bronchitis a little over a month ago. the doctor put me on antibiotics. the cough has gone away but i have been having chest and upper/mid-back soreness for about 2/3 weeks. i recently developed a sore throat with blood in phelgm?

Bronchitis: It might be a separate infection/inflammation of the throat, but also it might be something more serious involved. (unlikely the pain in the chest to be secondary to the coughing effort). I think a rapid strep test and a CT scan of the thorax would be indicated for the differential diagnosis.
