Light therapy is: used to treat depression. Full spectrum lighting is used to boost mood. Regular lights won't do it. Sleep disorder can be diagnosed in a sleep lab, usually connected to a hospital. That sounds more on target. Start w/family doc who can refer you. If sleep issue is psychological, a clinical psychologist can help. Peace and good health.
