Yes and no: An inner dialogue is fine, if it is the kind of inner dialogue that other typical, well-adjusted people have in their thoughts. It is not normal if one is getting "nonsense" thoughts and such "nonsense" thoughts are bothersome... that may be called obsessive thinking. Repeating the phrases aloud may be called compulsions. One can start with seeing the primary care doctor. Treatment is available.
