I am a sociable person. but i find myself constantly talking to myself when i'm alone, creating alternate realities and acting them out. is it normal?

Realities: No this is not normal. there is a underlying social identity process occuring. The fact that your acting them out is concerning. Please see a specialist, psychologist to further evaluate this. May be an identity disorder?
