I think it's a good idea to determine whether you're just highly sensitive causing you to feel very stressed by crowds and noises or whether it's a type of phobia(agaraphobia) or social anxiety disorder. These conditions can be treated with cognitive behavioral therapy or stress management coaching and,possibly, temporary use of medication.
