Topical cortisone: Consider applying topical cortisone at the electrode site 2x daily 3 days prior. I don't know whether these patches can be replaced or re-inserted or not. If yes, then you can apply the cortisone cream at the site daily then reapply the patch after the cream has dried up (hair dryer?). Perhaps a cardiologist in this panel can provide more details on the technical aspect of it.
