Angina: Angina presents differently in women than men. Chest pain is typical for men. But in women the "chest pain" presents atypically... Jaw pain is one. Your mother in Law should see a cardiologist as soon as possible. Get an ECG done at a minimum and Additional testing based on risk factor and pretest probability assessment
