Candida: The antecubital and popliteal fossae in young chubby babies are areas where they can get a candidal yeast infection due to humidity and wetness. You can use nystatin topically three times a day for 4 weeks. Also important to keep the area dry, consider using vaseline to keep the area from getting wet.

Intertrigo: it sounds like a condition called intertrigo, which is similar to eczema. When you wash her, make sure that the creases are dried. When it is red and irritated, with oozing, use Dome boro powder compresses. Once it's dry, you can put hydrocortisone cream on the rash, twice a day, for a few days. You should see some improvement then.
