A member asked:

Can you explain how vaccine therapy works in lymphoma? side effects?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

?does it work??: We do not have good vaccines for treating Cancer. There are some experimental vaccines in clinical trials. The basis for using them is to stimulate the immune system to control and destroy cancer cells. But it does not always work like it is hoped for. So right now it is all in trial phase. You are better off using standard, established treatments which are already very effective in controlymphoma
