Sick: Elevated prolactin level associated with the following: prolactinoma, meds: phenothiazines, reglan, (metoclopramide) riperidone, ssri, estrogens, stress, pregnancy, hypothyroidism, kidney disease, chest trauma. Your elevated liver enzymes and severe abdominal pain would suggest some type of liver or gallbladder problem.
