Too early to say!: at 20 weeks how large a baby will be. I wouldn't worry too much at this point, the estimated weights are just that - estimates - and the baby has another 20 +/- weeks to go. Likewise with EGA (dates) - 2nd trimester ultrasound is generally considered within +/- 2 weeks, so your 22 weeks and 20w4d overlap. Good wishes.
