I dont know if you can see it in my profile pic but up close there's brown color on edge of my cornea, could it be wilsons. had alt in the 100's?

Very unlikely : Your pic doesn't show enough detail of the cornea to determine whether or not you have a Kayser-Fleisher ring. Those with Wilson's disease with neurological involvement, 95% of them will have a K-F corneal ring, and about 65% with liver disease will have one. I assume you are in good health & being treated for glaucoma. If in doubt, a quick eye exam would help reassure that your eyes are ok.

Worrisome: The high ALT itself requires a proper evaluation and a check for Wilson's is generally part of it. I suggest a urinary copper.
