No: Halitosis is bad breath, and has many causes, such as poor dental hygiene, gum disease, smoking, sinus infections, tonsil infections, eating onions, eating fishy foods, drinking coffee, stomach reflux, etc... After seeing one's dentist for routine dental preventive care, and stopping "odiferous" foods, one can see her primary care doctor to look for halitosis causes.
