Several suggestions: Wear good supportive shoes with a good arch support. Flats are not good.. Get a support belt specifically intended for pregnant women. There are several excellent ones on the market. Gentle low back massage by your support person. Moist heat on your lower back (hand towel in warm water). And most importantly, make sure you don't have another cause (such as a kidney infection or disc problem).
