Spondylolysis: Back pain in young people like yourself is suspicious for a stress fracture. Given injury, and then reinjury, that is pretty typical. Pain is usually worse with extension (leaning back). It is often aggravated by hyperextension or flexion: doing squats, swimming, us football linemen, dancing and gymnastics. Occurs in 5-6% of normal population and often without pain. See a doc for a diagnosis.
