PID: PID is the result of STI's - see http://www.cdc.gov/std/pid/STDFact-PID.htm you may want to see a gynecologist and have a laparascopy performed to see if there is anything else causing the pain. A course of strong antiinflammatories like Ibuprofen or naproxen might be of benefit. good luck
