Stop everything: you need to stop all the medication for at least a month and see what happen to the lymph nodes and to the tinnitus see a doctor for evaluation of the lymph nodes which will worry me more that the tinnitus lymph node being painful is usually a good sign but it had to be evaluated to make sure there is no neoplasm and of course we need to find out why you are having tinnitus see your doctor
