No: as long as its not growing! Armpit (Axillary) lumps include but are not limited to lymph glands, plugged sweat glands, cysts of various types etc etc Just observe your "lump" AND MENTION IT ON YOUR NEXT VISIT TO YOUR OB-GYN Hope this helps Dr Z
