Sore axillae: Infection of hair follicles cause small skin abscesses, but it's unusual to involve both armpits simultaneously. Both could be reacting to deodorants,though. Since you're pregnant,I recommend seeing your obstetrician for diagnosis and treatment and any medications. In the meantime apply warm soaks.
