Breast tissue: Progesterone, one of the hormones of pregnancy, does cause breast tissue enlargement in pregnancy, it's possible that this pinching pain is related to breast enlargement and swelling. If you had a breast exam by the doctor and you don't feel anything yourself, likely okay. But keep an eye on it. Breast cancers do occur in young women, so be vigilant and your own advocate if you're worried.
