Can reflux come back? my son had reflux but then it stopped he is starting to spit up again not sure if this is from sucking his hands or his reflux?

Yes: Reflux is actually a normal event, while reflux "disease" is when that event causes bothersome symptoms. Most infants peak in their symptoms (if any) around 3-4 mo while some have similar issues on and off through life. Adults call it heartburn.
