My ultrasound reported showed a gallstone in the common bile duct which is causing blockage. I've been told get ERCP soon as it is causing the bile to backup. I did not understand this, backup of bile in the liver or the gallbladder?
I had my gall bladder removed and had an ERCP procedure where there was no stent placed but rather an incision widening the duct at the bottom. I recently had a urine test done for UTI and Urobilinogen level of 4mg/dl Could it be a biliary blockage?

What does narrowing of hepatic duct and mild prominence of duct on an MRI mean? No other abnormalities were found. Symptoms prior to MRI Stomach/RQ/back pain nausea and vomiting. Most symptoms have subsided?
