SunProtection&others: Where do we start answering with this question? Do you have a few hours? Best starting advice is sunprotection with a broad spectrum (or micronized zinc and tinatium oxide) sunscreen on a regular basis. Additionally, the use of topical retinoids (prescription) and certain topical and oral antioxidants has been proven to be helpful in slowing down the effects of sun and aging on the skin.
