Depends: Some individuals skin tones are darker in the tear trough areas beneath the eyes. In this case camouflage with concealer is the best method although bleaching with hydroquinone can occasionally be temporarily effective. In some people lack of fat by thinning from age can cause blood vessels to be more visible. Therefore fat grafting and/or fillers such as Restylane (dermal fillers) or prevelle silk can help.
