Knee Brace: Running can be very hard on your knees and feet since they take much more force than whe walking. You may have a stretched ligament and that would be fine for a while but allow extra movement that would cause pain later in your run. Try a knee brace and mention it to you md on your next visit as long as it doesn't get worse.
