Need to define site: Where in the knees are the pains coming from? Is it the joint, the cartilage, the bursas, the tendons. Dr rothschild points out that you need good footware. You also need good conditioning and quadriceps muscle exercises are good to support your knee. You need to maintain a good weight because every pound overweight is 5 more pounds when you take a step. This adds to the impact.
