Possibly: But more likely the tech saw stimulated (large) ovaries. Only the tech or the doctor who got the report can answer this.

Rad report says: 2 yolk sacs w no fetal pole established, measuring 6w4d and OS closed. I know I am m/c by beta results but was this a twin pregnancy?
