Good: Life's too short for people to make subscientific / control-you rules about what other people eat / drink, but water at meals is a good thing overall. Obviously drinking water helps move the food along & quenches thirst. Since prepared food tends to be too salty nowadays it's not a bad idea to drink some extra water daily.
