A member asked:

How come when i lay flat on my back, i will begin feel lightheadedness, so i have to turn to side?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably ear problem: Lightheadedeness probably arises from a problem with the inner ear, particularly from the semicircular canals which contain fluid which moves and sends impulses to the brain. Physical therapy to reset that mechanism or ENT evaluation may help. Good luck.
