Whats causes a lightheadedness feeling when lying down. sometimes it feels as if my body is slowly rocking but im laying perfectly still.

Lightheadedness : Usual causes of lightheadedness like anemia and low blood pressure would be more noticeable on standing and somewhat improved while lying down. You may be experiencing an inner ear disorder and these labyrinthine disorders are aggravated by head and body motions. If you note worsening of symptoms turning over or with quick head or body motions, consult an Otolaryngologist for evaluation and advice
