I was hit my a baseball directly in my wrist, and now i have a lot of pain when i try to rotate it. there's no swelling. what could be wrong?

Could be: Fracture of the carpal navicular bone. It is notoriously difficult to heal because of its blood supply. The doctor you need to see is an orthopedic surgeon, who will probably get x-rays and even an MRI if he suspects injury to this bone. If the fracture does not heal properly, it could be a real big problem, so go see the ortho immediately.
