Very safe: White sclera is healthy sclera monitor the side affects of all your other medication, prednisone, etc. Very carefully, do not worry about restasis.

Minimal: Restasis is a very safe long-term drug. Your dry eye complications are much more likely to cause you ocular damage then the side effects of the restasis.
