Desperate! wat can i use for sjogrens related severe dr eyes, already used lotemax (loteprednol) n restasis w no luck.no appt for rheumi avail till 2 mnths,cnt wrk?

Need eye doc: First, I would recommend an evaluation by an ophthalmologist. Sjogren related dry eyes can be severe and will require aggressive attention. For now, artificial tears over the counter (preservative free is better so you can use it very frequently) during the day and lubricating ointment at bedtime. Lotemax/restasis helps get inflammation under control but does little for lubrication. Good luck.
