Were the teeth : Present for some time, then gone? If this is the case and if it is the upper front teeth, the question is, do you let your baby go to sleep with a bottle or do you feed your baby and not clean the teeth immediately afterward? Called "baby bottle syndrome"-rapid decay. If caught soon, ozone dentists have successfully stopped the decay progression, but often the teeth require removal.

Needs care: What you are describing needs to be evaluated by a pediatric dental specialist (not a general dentist) now. Could be any number of genetic problems. Could be decay (infection). Please ask your dentist to recommend a pedodontist and take your child for care immediately.
