More than pain relie: Need much more information, if you're experiencing pain from your tumor, you're going to need a lot more evaluation and treatment than just a pain pill. Have you seen an endocrinologist and a neurosurgeon?

Tramadol should work: If you continue to have pain from the pituitary tumor, i assume that it is an adenoma and that you have had it worked up, tramadol shoud be fine. The fact that your headaches are not getting better may mean that the tumor itself is getting bigger. There are several types of adenomas. Treatment is with transsphenoidal surgery and hormone replacement for more problematic cases.

Perplexing: Pituitary tumors usually do not cause headaches, but suppose if it were huge and caused hydrocephalus or a major mass effect could occur, but you would be pretty ill. Suggest you see a neurologist, as you may have migraine as a co-morbidity.
