Pretty good : A tilted uterus has absolutely nothing to do with getting pregnant. There are 5 million sperm in three ejaculatory fluid. That makes the chances pretty good. The chance of conceiving in any one menstrual cycle is around 20%. Use over the counter Plan B if intercourse was within 72 hours to decrease the risk of unplanned pregnancy.

A/w Dr. Livingston: Most studies have shown low levels of sperm or no sperm in pre-ejaculate with sperm not being motile (however, don't know how promptly samples were examined).
