No. MRI doesn't : Show the abnormality 100% of the time. A positive MRI result confirms the DX but a negative one does not exclude it. That's the mystery and art of medicine. Once abnormal , it stays abnormal. Enthesopathy does show up on mri. Your child needs to follow up with a pediatric rheumatologist ! god bless u! (pls read link below).
