Not usually seen...: I cannot honestly say they cannot occur, since lupus can causes low platelets) but I have not seen this in 30 years. I personally would look for another cause. Vasculitis "can" look like it, i suppose, to the untrained eye , as this photo demonstrates!

Maybe: You can get certain blistering skin conditions associated with lupus. I need more information like are the blisters on your skin, and or inside your mouth or nose ? A dermatologist would help you.
