WBC differentials: Are reported as percentages and as absolute values which is the total WBC mulled by the percentage. The absolute numbers are more meaningful. An absolute lymph of almost 17 is high, where a percent is on the low side.

Depends: This depends on so many factors hard to answer breifly. Typically? No. Sometimes, of great concern. Usuall method if in doubt is to repeat in a month or sooner if you for example, have some sort of symptoms you or your doc are concerned about. Everything from minor vial infections and colds to serious cancers can be associated with this. Fortunately, usually the former.

Thyroid antibodie: Check thyroid antibodies (especially thyroid peroxidase antibodies). If this is positive, then you have autoimmune thyroid disease and should be treated adequately. If it is negative, then i would open up the work up and look at other causes for your complaints.

No: If you are a muscular male, these results would be right in the normal range. As it is the results are within normal limits. However, all lab results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that.
