No: Mri's show only tissue architecture. Rsd is clinical diagnosis, i.e., diagnostician puts all evaluations & examinations together and decides that rsd is best explanation. This is speculative because causation of rsd is theoretical. Name was chosen for constellation of findings, not based on hard data. We call this a diagnosis of exclusion.
