No.: And rsd is distal. You may have "complex regional pain" issues, but an MRI will not reveal either diagnosis!

No: Mri's show only tissue architecture. Rsd is clinical diagnosis, i.e., diagnostician puts all evaluations & examinations together and decides that rsd is best explanation. This is speculative because causation of rsd is theoretical. Name was chosen for constellation of findings, not based on hard data. We call this a diagnosis of exclusion. I discuss rsd on chronic pain board at quora.Com.
