A member asked:

Is rolled oats recommended for diabetic patients to be comsummed in the night and what is the latest timing at which a diabetic patient can eat?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Don't eat at night: There is no reason for a person with diabetes to eat during the night and it will worsen your glucose control. If you think it's necessary to avoid low glucose, change you Insulin or medication not your diet!
