See Your Dentist/ENT: You could have a dental infection that lead to a sinus infection. You could also have a severe sinus infection that is causing dental pain. Either could cause the ear issues. The antibiotics only work for a short period of time ~30-days. After which the infection will return, with a vengeance. You need a clinical exam to obtain an accurate diagnosis and then proper treatment. Go soon.

Need 2 examinations: Please make appointments with both your dentist or an oral surgeon, and also call anear/nose/throat specialist. Your current course of treatment is obviously not working. Please seek evaluations from experts.
